Silver or Gold jewellery? At JAID we believe you should wear what you love but here are some tips!

Look at your veins to determine your skin type. If your veins are blue or purple, then it’s likely you have cooler undertones to your skin. You’ll also tend to have skin which is more prone to burning in the sun. If you have veins which are a greenish colour, you most likely have warm undertones. Those with warmer undertones don't tend to burn in the sun. If you have a mixture of blue and green veins the good news is you can wear both. However two tone pieces can work for anyone. If you really want to wear silver but have a warm skin tone use warm red lipsticks or warm shades of peach blusher. Remember these are guidelines and sometimes you may love something and my advice is, if it makes you happy wear it!

Warm skin tone opt for Gold

Cool skin tone opt for Silver.
